K-Logistikus Philippines, Inc. began its journey in 2018 as Logistikus, Inc., a bold startup launched by logistics veterans known for leading the successful turnarounds of Negros Navigation and 2GO — two of the largest shipping and logistics networks in the Philippines.

Backed by a deep understanding of the logistics landscape and a vision for a tech-enabled future, the company rapidly gained the trust of major FMCG brands and secured over 50 engagements within its first three years.

Despite launching amid a highly competitive market — and later, a global pandemic — K-Logistikus continued its growth by leveraging its asset-light model, nationwide warehousing footprint, and proprietary technology ecosystem. It established itself as a reliable partner in end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL), cross-dock, and freight forwarding.

In 2021, global logistics leader Kerry Logistics Network (KLN) and SF Holdings China joined forces with the company, catalyzing its transformation into Kerry Logistics Philippines, Inc. Two years later, it evolved again — this time into K-Logistikus Philippines, Inc., marking a new era of growth, innovation, and scale.

The launch of its proprietary Demand-Driven Logistics™ (DDL) service in 2023 became a game-changer. By integrating warehousing, transport, and store-level delivery, K-Logistikus improved on-shelf availability and enabled efficient last-mile distribution to over 25,000 outlets nationwide.
